Are these original recipes?
No. This is a curation and planning product. Recipe creators retain their work. We provide original descriptions and planning notes, and link to the original publishers for recipes, quantities and instructions. We don’t reproduce their recipe instructions or photographs.
What do I receive?
The Gumroad membership includes a weekly PDF plus an editable CSV worksheet. The current offer is $7 USD per month or $60 USD per year. Review the Gumroad listing for current availability, delivery and subscription terms.
Is the shopping worksheet quantity-calculated?
No. It helps organize ingredients and overlap. You choose servings, check your pantry and confirm quantities at the original recipe sources. It is not a ready-to-order grocery cart.
Have you tested the recipes?
We do not claim recipe testing. Difficulty and weeknight notes are estimates. Follow the source’s instructions and evaluate ingredients for your own dietary needs.
Does a Substack subscription include this?
No. Thai Meal Ideas Weekly is purchased separately through Gumroad. Substack’s free and paid subscriptions do not grant access to the Thai downloads. Paid Substack is separately priced at $8 USD/month or $80 USD/year.
